Andrzej Zygad\u0142o, who previously served as Global HR Director, was appointed member of the management board and Chief Human Resources Officer at Selena Group. He took up his new role on 1 October 2021. He joined Selena Group in 2019. <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrzej Zygad\u0142o graduated from the Law Faculty at the University of Wroc\u0142aw. He has over twenty years of experience in human resources management in international environment, including at global corporations from the industrial sector. At those companies he was responsible e.g. for Southeast Europe, Central Europe and Middle East regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 In 2019, he joined Selena as Global HR Director. He set up a global HR team to deliver on the organization’s strategic goals by creating a competitive edge in human resources, with a particular emphasis on talent acquisition, engagement building and employee development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
