Roman Dziuba is a graduate of the Institute for Manufacturing, University of Cambridge and a doctor of science at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Wrocław University of Technology. He also completed the Production for Markets programme of the Central Connecticut State University in the USA and the Wrocław University of Technology.

He has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations in the automotive industry. He has developed his professional career primarily at the international corporation GKN, in the Automotive division, specialising in powertrain technology.

From 1998 to 2007, he held managerial positions in the areas of quality and engineering at GKN Driveline Polska. From 2007 to 2013, he was the Plant Director and then the Managing Director of GKN Driveline Polska. From 2013 to 2016, as Vice President Operations in Europe at GKN Driveline, he was responsible for production plants in Poland, Turkey, Slovenia, Italy, the UK and Spain.

Then, in 2016-2018, as Vice President Operations at GKN All-wheel & eDrive, he was responsible for 7 production plants in Japan, Sweden, USA, Thailand and Italy.

From 2018 to 2019, he was Senior Vice President Europe at GKN Driveline and was responsible for 14 production plants in Spain, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Turkey, the UK, France and Italy. In 2019, after Melrose Industries acquired GKN, he held the position of Vice President Operations.

On 22 April 2021, by a resolution of the Supervisory Board of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed to the Management Board of the company as a Member of the Management Board for Operations as of 1 May 2021.

On 27 May 2021, by a resolution of the Supervisory Board of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed as a Member of the Management Board for Operations for a new term of office.
