Financial Director of Selena Group Krzysztof Ościłowicz has been appointed to the management board as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is to take up his new role as of 1 October 2022. He joined Selena Group in 2019.
Krzysztof Ościłowicz is a graduate of University of Warsaw in International Relations and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics in Finance and Banking. He also successfully obtained ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and CFA (the Chartered Financial Analyst) charters.
He started his career at PKN Orlen in 2005 as financial controller, specializing in management reporting, value based management and introduction of IT tools in the financial area. Later on, he was part of the team preparing the 2007–2013 strategy, coordinating the whole process alongside mid-term financial planning. In 2009–2011, he worked with Unipetrol Group (gas & oil) in the Czech Republic as Controlling Director with a responsibility for preparation and supervision of the restructuring program and coordination of annual and mid-term financial planning.
In 2012–2018, he worked as manager in the Investment Department of PKN Orlen, where he was responsible for implementing operational standards for investment project management, including investment procedures and new IT tools. In 2017–2018, he was also executive directly supervising investment project portfolio at Orlen Group (managing an annual budget of more than EUR 1 billion). He successfully implemented key energy and petrochemical projects, and managed investment contracts. Before joining Selena, he worked as Interim Finance Manager with Profim (Flokk Group), supporting the Management Board in the planning process, analysis of profitability of business segments, and statutory and management reporting.
He has been working with Selena FM since 2019 as Group Controlling Director and since April 2021 as acting CFO. He successfully provided business support through the implementation of Business Intelligence tools, supervising business projects and championing process improvements in Selena Group.

Together with the new member, the management board – headed by Jacek Michalak – will consist of five people. In addition to Krzysztof Ościłowicz, the management board includes Sławomir Majchrowski, Chief Commercial Officer & Vice President, Roman Dziuba, Chief Operating Officer, and Andrzej Zygadło, Chief HR Officer.
